I knew the home was special the first time I drove past it 12 years ago, and this result shows buyers are recognising the value of premium acreage properties in Elanora.
What makes this result even more significant is the size of the jump. Historically, suburb records in Elanora have moved by around $100,000, not half a million dollars.
