2025 Highlights

2025 felt like a milestone year both professionally and personally. Twelve years into my journey at McGrath Palm Beach, I’ve seen some of the most dramatic shifts in the property market since the COVID boom. Along the way, I’ve celebrated achievements, growth, and incredible people who make the journey so rewarding. Let’s take a look through some of the moments that made this year unforgettable.

Real Estate & Market Shifts

Record-Breaking Campaigns

21 Laurina Court, which sold at auction for $1,530,000 after a high-energy campaign. Over 60 inspections, 80,000+ social views, and strong interest from quality buyers. Five registered bidders, three actively competing, and a final result that proves the power of presentation, strategy, and timing.

Team & Career Achievements

For the fourth year in a row, I was honoured to be in McGrath’s Top 20 agents. Alongside this milestone, Kira reached five years with my team from 2020 to 2025  and what a journey it’s been. She’s grown into one of the sharpest operators in the game, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she brings to the team. Here’s to the next five.

Personal Milestones

2025 was also a year of personal milestones: turning 40, reflecting on 12 incredible years in real estate, and achieving a big personal goal - completing my first Olympic distance triathlon in 2:47, even with a choppy swim and 30+° heat.

It’s been a year of challenge, growth, and achievement. Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey, your support, energy, and collaboration make it all worthwhile.
