There are homes built to follow trends. And then there are homes built to challenge them.

5 Friske Place, Palm Beach was never designed to suit everyone and that was exactly the point.

From the beginning, the vision behind this home was clear. Inspired heavily by New Zealand architecture, the design embraced raw textures, exposed block work and strong lines that most people simply wouldn’t have had the confidence to commit to.

There was pushback during the build. Too raw. Too cold. Too different. But the owners trusted their instinct and stayed committed to creating something with conviction instead of compromise.

When it came time to market the property, we knew playing it safe would have been the biggest mistake we could make. So rather than softening the edges, we leaned directly into them. The campaign reflected exactly what the house stood for. Unapologetic. Different. Intentional.

Because the reality was, this home was never meant for everyone. It only needed to connect with the right buyer.

And it did.

I was convinced we would find the right buyer at precisely the right time and it’s a testament to the sellers and what they created that we didn’t have to sell the property. The property sold itself.
